If you don’t pass your state licensing exam on the first try, we’ll give you your money back. To be eligible for this, you must: (a) complete all hours of your AceableAgent pre-license course prior to taking your licensing exam; (b) take an attempt of the State Exam within 90 days of completing your AceableAgent pre-license course; and (c) have purchased your course directly through AceableAgent rather than a third party website.

Please note that if you choose to redeem your guarantee, you will lose access to your AceableAgent courses and will not receive any additional services that may have been part of your package. In order to redeem your guarantee, you will need to email support@aceableagent.com a photo of your State Exam results showing your failed attempt.
