PSI is a testing services provider that has partnered with the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) to administer the exam. Georgia has reciprocity with every state except Florida. That means that Florida residents who are licensed in a state other than Georgia need to take the Georgia salesperson supplement exam to do business here. Fortunately for them, the test is much shorter. It consists of 52 state-specific multiple-choice questions and takes two hours.
All multiple-choice questions fall into one of these three categories:
Recall questions: These questions test your memory. For example, you may have to define specific vocabulary terms.
Application questions: These questions require you to take what you've learned and apply it to a real-life situation. You may have to take logical leaps to answer.
Analysis questions: First, you read a complicated scenario. Then, you go through the multiple options and pick the BEST one. Keep in mind that more than one option may be technically correct, but you're looking for the most optimal answer.

This strategy includes planning a learning schedule that has you studying at regular intervals rather than cramming. It also encourages you to focus on both new and old materials as you prepare for your real estate exam. They suggest a 75% to 25% ratio of new-to-old material to make sure you're able to recall what you studied when it's time to take your test.
You'll need two forms of acceptable ID on exam day. One must be a current government-issued ID. It must include your name, signature, and photograph. The test center will not accept temporary identification of any kind.
The other ID must have at least your name and signature. Also, if your name on your ID differs from the name on your registration, you’ll need to provide proof of your name change.
The testing centers have very strict rules with a long list of items you are prohibited from bringing into the center. Here are some of the restricted items:
Phones and other electronic devices
Cameras, audio recorders, or paper for notetaking
Programmable calculators with alpha keys
Calculators that print or make noise
Valuable items
Weapons
The staff at the center will give you a soft locker — a bag that locks shut — to store your keys, watch, wallet, and hat. Keep your belongings inside it until you're done with the exam.
