PSI is a testing services provider that has partnered with the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) to administer the exam. Georgia has reciprocity with every state except Florida. They suggest a 75% to 25% ratio of new-to-old material to make sure you're able to recall what you studied when it's time to take your test.

What to Bring to the Test (and What to Leave at Home)

You'll need two forms of acceptable ID on exam day. One must be a current government-issued ID. It must include your name, signature, and photograph. The test center will not accept temporary identification of any kind.

The other ID must have at least your name and signature. Also, if your name on your ID differs from the name on your registration, you’ll need to provide proof of your name change.

The testing centers have very strict rules with a long list of items you are prohibited from bringing into the center. Here are some of the restricted items:

  • Phones and other electronic devices

  • Cameras, audio recorders, or paper for notetaking

  • Programmable calculators with alpha keys

  • Calculators that print or make noise

  • Valuable items

  • Weapons

The staff at the center will give you a soft locker — a bag that locks shut — to store your keys, watch, wallet, and hat. Keep your belongings inside it until you're done with the exam.
