The Florida Pre-License Real Estate Course is divided into 19 levels, each with multiple chapters. Altogether the course is 63 hours of instruction. Here’s a look at how the hours break down per level. Overview of the Real Estate Business - 2 hours over 6 chapters
You’ll get pop quiz questions throughout each chapter to make sure you’re understanding the material and help cement the concepts. You’ll also get a test at the end of each level. These tests give you a chance to review any of the concepts that didn’t fully click the first time around. To move on to the next level, you must pass each test with a score of 85% or higher.
At the end of the course, you’ll have a final exam. This final exam is designed to mimic the Florida real estate exam, covering material from the entire course. To pass the course, you’ll need to score at least 70% on this 100-question exam. If you don’t pass the exam on your first try, you’ll be given 30 days to study before retaking the exam.
