The Real Estate Today podcast works a bit like a call-in show. The hosts accept real-life real estate scenarios from listeners. Then, they talk through that scenario during the course of the episode, providing real-time solutions and advice.

Each episode centers around a different real estate investing topic, which they explore in depth.

The Go-Giver Book
Unlike some of the other resources on this list, The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann does not focus on providing real estate strategies and tips. Instead, it focuses on helping sales professionals shift their mindset from meeting quotas to giving and helping clients solve their pain points. The book holds that, once this shift occurs, abundance will follow.
"This book is an easy read," says Natiesha Wray Henry, a Real Estate Consultant with Century 21 Edgein Pembroke Pines, FL. "It teaches valuable lessons about how to focus on giving value instead of running after a paycheck. It was particularly helpful to me because there is so much pressure to sell as many houses as you can and make the big bucks.
